DOP intends to provide transitional services to young women to bridge the gap between economic, social, and educational challenges to gainful, sustainable employment by developing skills and attitudes to maintain a meaningful adult lifestyle with positive social relationships.

DOP's mission is to assist at-risk females in the healing and recovery process through Cognitive-Behavior Therapy and other clinical supports to empower these young women to make healthy decisions and avoid self-destructive behaviors in a safe, supportive, and caring environment.
