Ermin Witter
PRESIDENT
Ermin has devoted her life to Christ for the past 20 years. Through her devotion to the Lord, she realized that there were many at-risk females with no hope, home, and humility. In her mission to provide for these females she envisioned a charity that could best serve and bless these females with the message of love and compassion and assisting them in living a more independent, educated, responsible, and prosperous life. Like Phoebe, Ermin would like to carry on her plight as the "Helper of Many". Ermin is also the First Lady at No Limit Beulah Sabbath Pentecostal Church in Brooklyn, NY.
Desrene Rhatigan
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Desrene has over 21 years of experience in Human Resources Management at several domestic and global organizations. Desrene earned her BBA in Human Resources Management at Baruch College and her MBA in Management at Long Island University's Brooklyn Campus, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is certified in Human Resources and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Desrene also serves as the General Secretary. Pastor's Aide, and a Missionary at No Limit Beulah Sabbath Pentecostal Church in Brooklyn, NY.
Desrene is responsible for ensuring the polices, procedures, and benefits of Daughters of Phoebe are executed with integrity and upheld in meeting with nonprofit standards.
Dedra Forbes
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Dedra has over 19 years of experience as a Therapist and Educator working directly with the mentally ill, intellectual and developmentally disabled, and family and youth with special needs in Federal, State, Local, Nonprofit, and Private organizations. Dedra has honed her skills over the years through counseling and teaching after receiving her Bachelors in Psychology from Pace University, Masters in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, Masters in Criminal Justice (Behavior Analysis Concentration) from St. Joseph's University, and more recently, Certificate in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University. Dedra is a Certified Cognitive Behavior Therapist, and is Board Certified in Special Education. Dedra is a member of the American Psychological Association, Association of Positive Behavior Analysts, and Council for Exceptional Children. Dedra also serves as the Head of the Youth Sabbath School Ministry, a Pastor's Aide, and a Missionary within the Evangelical Team at No Limit Beulah Sabbath Pentecostal Church in Brooklyn, NY.
Dedra is responsible for making the final decisions regarding Daughters of Phoebe's strategic vision and day-to-day operations and reporting such to the Board of Directors.
Brian Rhatigan
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Apostle Duval Witter
CHAPLAIN
Brian has over 20 years of experience working in the real estate, insurance, and financial industries. Brian received his Bachelor's degree from Pace University where he majored in Social Science. Brian also serves as an Elder at No Limit Beulah Sabbath Pentecostal Church in Brooklyn, NY.
Brian is responsible for managing Daughters of Phoebe's financial risk and planning within guidelines set forth by Daughters of Phoebe, its Board.
Apostle Duval Witter surrendered to God's calling over 19 years ago. Apostle Witter currently ministers to his congregation at No Limit Beulah Sabbath Pentecostal Church in Brooklyn, NY. Apostle Witter also previously ministered to and prayed for many individuals at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn for 13 years as its Chaplain. Apostle's mission is to help God's people. He and his wife (Ermin Witter) envisioned Daughters of Phoebe for this very concept, to be the "Helpers of Many."
As the organization's Chaplain, Apostle Witter provides spiritual guidance and prayer to those in need.
